Lang yarns is a Swiss family business that has been developing and manufacturing Knitting Yarns since 1867. Lang Yarns offers over 130 different yarn qualities! Manos del Uruguay started business in 1968 as a way to help women in rural Uruguay. Today, Manos is a cooperative made up of 400 women who spin and hand-dye yarns, which are then sold worldwide. Each label is signed by the woman who made the yarn. That’s how, as a buyer, you know exactly who gets a piece of the yarn. One of the things that makes Manos del Uruguay’s yarns so unique is the beautiful colors with their tones. The secret lies in small batches dyed in wood-fired pots.

Succaplokki is a small business in Paimio, Finland. They make cheerful knitting supplies, mainly from recycled materials.

The main raw material is industrial leftovers and other unusable plastic. Succaplokki paints part of the products with waste paint from a car paint shop. They also collaborate with a local wobbler lure painter who pours his leftover paints into Succaplokkis's plastic mix. Succaplokki uses all the materials as efficiently as humanly possible.
