Willamagia's Online shop is a B2C online store of Finnish yarn shop Tmi Janita Marelle registered in Finland. VAT number FI9555755.
The prices shown include Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT) 24% or 10% but exclude shipping costs.
After proceeding to 'Check & Order' the taxation of the order will changed according to delivery address. When ordering outside EU, you may shop tax free.
PLACING AN ORDER
You can place orders in Willamagia's online store by adding products to basket and proceeding to check out following the instructions given in the order form.
1) 'Your basket': Here you can see all the items you have added to your basket. Note that at this point the shown include Finnish Value Added Tax and estimated delivery costs. Continue to Check out.
2) 'Address': contact information.
3) 'Delivery': Choose delivery method.
4) 'Payment': Choose payment method.
5) 'Check & Order': Confirm your order. This is the point where you will see the total amount of your order.
6) 'Buy now': Confirm your order
You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for giving us your accurate billing and shipping information. When you have confirmed and paid an order you accept the terms and conditions in listed here and create a contract with Tmi Janita Marelle. These terms and conditions apply unless other agreements have been made. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of terms that will apply to your order will be those on https://willamagian-werkkokauppa.vilkas.shop/en at the time you place your order.
After completing your order by checking out and paying, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address given in the order form.
You should check that the details in this order acknowledgment are correct, and keep a copy of it.
You will receive a confirmation of shipping via email once your order has been shipped.
The completion of the contract will take place on the dispatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. The contract will relate only to the goods stated in the order confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other goods, which may have been in your order until you receive an e-mail confirming those goods.
The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. The following payment methods are accepted: Paypal, Finnish online banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankit, OmaSäästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), credit/debit cards and Collector invoice/installment. Payments are handled by Paytrail Plc, Verifone and Paypal.
We aim to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days if all products ordered are in stock and unless otherwise agreed. We process and ship nearly all orders within 1 business day (often the same day). Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
The shop will show you the shipping price once you fill the shipping address.
All international customers are responsible for your country's customs fees and duties.
Customs forms are filled out in accordance with Finnish and international law to accurately reflect value and contents of the package.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. Also please note that we cannot split any orders for smaller batches in order to avoid customs or other fees.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment and return costs. Also if the order cannot be shipped because of your country's customs policy and therefore returned, we will not refund you the costs for shipping and returning the parcel.
We provide as accurate and helpful information as possible to our customers, but you should take care when relying on information provided by us, and check against the manufacturer's instructions.
The inclusion of any products or services in Willamagia's Online store does not warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Willamagia's Online store is not responsible for invalid price or stock information. If you can’t add a product to cart, it is not in stock right now. If a product you ordered was sold out or not in stock for other reasons, we contact you as soon as possible and try to find a suitable replacement. We do not ship backorders.
The product photos are chosen so that they represent the product and color the best, most realistic way possible. Please note that the colors may look different on different devices and monitors. Lots of our yarns are hand dyed so please note that there might be variation between individual skeins and lots.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
European Union: In the EU you have the right to cancel purchases made online within 14 days after you received your goods for a full refund. You can do so for any reason. You must inform us about canceling your order by a written statement by email, and send the goods back within 14 days of informing us about the cancellation.
Other countries: You may cancel your order right after you have placed it, but we do not accept order cancellations after having shipped your order.
We are happy to accept returns and refund item(s) (excluding shipping costs) if you hare unhappy with an item. You have to inform us about the return within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the goods without delay.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please arrange for the parcel to be sent back via a carrier of your choice. Please save a receipt or proof of postage, as Willamgia cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Any item for return must be in completely new and sellable condition. It must have the original tag and packaging. It may not have been used in any way, or made into a ball from a skein. Yarn that is re-skeined cannot be exchanged. Yarn that has been in the presence of smoke cannot be exchanged. Yarn must be clean and in its original condition.
When the returned goods arrive, we will refund the items within 2-3 working days. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
We cannot accept returns for PDF files.
Did you receive a wrong item?
The online orders are picked and shipped by hand by our shop staff. Customer service and efficiency are valued in our shop, but unfortunately mistakes do happen sometimes. We are very sorry if we sent you the wrong item. We kindly ask you to contact us immediately and we will handle the case and ship you the right product.
The following terms apply when your order is shipped to an address in Finland.
Orders are shipped via Matkahuolto or Posti.
